Wooden Oak Studio delivers products across India through trusted courier and logistics partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and product availability.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.
Custom-made furniture may require additional production time.
Customers will receive order tracking details once the order is dispatched.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact information provided during checkout are accurate. Wooden Oak Studio is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.

Returns

We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Custom-made or personalized furniture is not eligible for return unless damaged.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the product and packaging.
